The original King James Bible did contain the Apocrypha, which those translators specifically stated (even though they translated it) that the Apocrypha was NOT scripture. This was stated even by Jerome in his Latin Preface to his Latin Vulgate (which is no longer published even when the Latin Vulgate is published. But even the Vulgate has been replaced by the Greek collated text of Westcott and Hort). The Refutations by professor John Burgon [Revision Revised] have yet to be addressed within Roman Catholicism.
